I usually take 2 of these before my main meals, and they really seem to do the trick! My hunger and cravings have reduced, and I now eat a lot less during meals. Generally find that I get less bloated and feel much better in myself due to less overeating. Can see myself losing quite a bit of weight with the help of these! But so far so good!

Great for weight loss. I made sure to put them through their paces before writing a review, since I know supplements can take some time before kicking in (about 4-5 weeks) and have found they perform well! Have noticed a decent change to my body fat following this period - but don't expect miracles! They're best used in conjunction with positive changes to your eating habits. Hoping to achieve even greater results as I continue to take these capsules.

Have heard some good things about chromium picolinate for weight loss, and as I'd put on a few pounds in recent months, thought I would look into giving a chromium-based supplement a try. Part of the problem with my putting on was that I've also been getting intense sugar cravings post-pregnancy - as such I really wanted a supplement that would both promote weight loss and helps with cravings.
It did take some time to kick the cravings and I'd by lying if I said they were 100% gone, but what I do know is I'd be struggling a lot more right now if I didn't have these capsules on hand!
As of writing this review, I'd say it's been around 3 months of taking the VIBE capsules, and I've managed to shed quite a few pounds in that time in conjunction with moderate exercise.
All in all, I think I'd be a lot worse off with my weight & cravings if I hadn't taken a chance on this supplement. It's been a positive addition to my daily routine and I wouldn't go without now!

Being the world's worst snacker, I searched for a product that would help me control my cravings and hopefully stop me from attacking the constant supply of donuts at my workplace!
