Free Standard Delivery to UK Addresses
Our Standard UK Delivery service is free for orders of £25 and over.
Delivery charge for orders up to £24.99 in value is £2.95
We usually use Second Class Royal Mail post or Tracked 48 Parcel Post for our Standard Delivery.
We aim to dispatch all in stock items within 2 working days if ordered before 1p.m. otherwise the next working day.
UK Express Delivery is £3.79. We usually use First Class Royal Mail or Tracked 24 Parcel Post for our Express Delivery or a carrier for heavier orders.
We aim to dispatch all in stock items the same day if ordered before 1p.m. otherwise the next working day.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER for Orders shipping OUTSIDE of the United Kingdom!
Duties and Taxes:
Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs. Please be aware that Customs may contact you if any fees are due before releasing your goods.
Regulations and Restrictions:
The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of the United Kingdom) the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions. If product is seized and destroyed by customs, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds.
Delays:
Although Customs clearance is usually within a few days, we cannot be held responsible for any lengthy delays caused by Customs backlog or processing times. We are unable to offer refunds if your order is delayed at Customs as your order will eventually be released and delivered to you. Should Customs reject your order for any reason and return your order to us, we will provide you with a refund of the returned goods, less our postage charge, only once we have received your order back at our premises.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return any products to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of unused product less shipping charges. Please provide details on our contact us page and we will make it as easy as possible for you to return your products.
If your order has not arrived or is incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of placing your order so we can put this right for you.
If any products have been damaged in transit, we may request the damaged goods be returned to us, so please contact us within 7 days in this case so that we can put it right. We may request photographic evidence of damaged goods in order to place a claim with out carriers.
Except for where we are at fault, we will not be responsible for the cost of postage and packaging to return products.
