Directions:
1 to 3 servings to be taken per day or as required
Add 1 scoop (or 3 heaped teaspoons - 25g serving) of Dairy Free Meal Replacement into a glass. Add water, juice, soya milk or liquid of your choice and stir for a delicious, thick and nutritious drink. For easier mixing we suggest using a protein shaker bottle.
Be adventurous! Our delicious lactose free shake can be added to yoghurt, cereals etc. and why not add berries or fruits for a delicious and nutritious meal? Use it your way!

Vitality Rocks Dairy Free Meal Replacement contains a proprietary blend of herbal ingredients, plus vitamins and minerals, specifically targeted towards the intended function of the product. Whilst herbal ingredients have been used effectively for hundreds of years, the present legal system does not permit certain claims for herbal or natural products and ingredients. We therefore cannot and do not claim any beneficial effects for those specific natural ingredients carefully chosen for our products. We have listed below the Approved EFSA claims for other ingredients in our product:
Protein contributes to a growth in muscle mass, the maintenance of muscle mass and the maintenance of normal bones.
Vitamin A contributes to normal iron metabolism, the maintenance of normal mucous membranes, the maintenance of normal skin, the maintenance of normal vision, the normal function of the immune system and has a role in the process of cell specialisation.
